Well, I’ve been running Fedora 9 for a fair while now.
I have to say, overall I’m very impressed. Though I have a major gripe about KDE.
As a user of KDE from Redhat 5.1 switching to Gnome was however painless.
I use to run KDE as it’s speed on my machine was considerably better then Gnome. Although that all seems to be turned around with the new KDE.
I now find KDE is slow, and a fair amount of the icons on KDE application don’t display correctly. And those widgets just make my desktop look messy. I might look into how to get the Panel’s back but I seem to be a convert to Gnome for good. It’s fast, stable and deals with alot of my Multimedia keys out of the box without too much mucking around.
